NEW IBIZA STYLE PROJECTS
On behalf of Loisa Homes we would like to update you in the latest projects that we have available.
We have implemented a very simple dashboard where we will periodically update all our projects
In this list or dashboard we include all the information and documentation required for publishers:
- Link to folder with JPEG files of renderings and plans (it can be downloaded all at once).
- Link to location of the plot/project in google maps
- Link to each project in our website, where there´s a descriptive text of the project. (Spanish and English).
- General information, etc.
We want to emphasize our recent efforts to offer Ibiza style (Ibicenco) projects. We strongly believe that this appealing mediterranean design can meet the needs of a large quota of the market that is not attracted to modern looking houses of sharp edged and corners.
Our particular Ibiza design is an hybrid between the traditional design from the islands, and a contemporary house with an open plan, large windows, maximum comfort in areas both indoor and outdoor, providing an integral landscape and lighting project, and also custom designed bathrooms and kitchen in the interior spaces, a combination of wooden materials in roofs and other details that builds up to a cosy and warm quality in the different spaces.
We have recently finished an Ibiza style house in Altea La Vela, this project is an actual visual reference on how the final product would look like, we recommend to refer clients to the pictures of the house: LINK Can Altea.
We are currently building an Ibiza style house in Polop, with magnificient views to the sea and mountains. The project is ment to be delivered in only 3 months!: LINK Can Breda.
We have also designed an accessible Ibiza style house, meaning that is ready for wheelchair users. Although this project is appealing for any type of user, the house will be located in Alfaz del Pi and the price is €330.000,00: LINK Can Mestral.
Lastly, we´d like to mention that all of our projects already include the standard sale commission (price shown in project list and in our website).
And that most of our projects could be adapted to plots in different locations, we currently have available pltos in Alfaz del Pi, La Nucía (urn. Patrax) and Polop.
